"Last week while in Mackay I ordered 3 Turkey wraps to take away. I wanted these wraps fresh and just put into bags. I was charged $45 for 3 small wraps! Then when I received the wraps they were toasted, I wasn't asked if I'd like them toasted, as I was supplying them for a lunch in one hours time, and looked mushy and drab. Definitely not $45 well spent and I will not be purchasing any more food from here."

"As a group of 6 dinning out for breakfast for a friends 50th we were very disappointed, coffee was Luke warm when we requested extra hot, then we waited for 45 minutes for our breakfast to be served. There was approximately 20 people including us, most of them were served before us. When breakfast finally did come (Good Hunter Breakfast) it was stone cold, bacon, mushrooms, beans, eggs, sour dough bread, hash brown, chipotle and tomato, all cold. We complained about the food and was greeted with a "I will let the chef know, sorry". Not acceptable which is unfortunate as we have had many a great night there. We gave them a second chance after a disappointing date night a few months ago, there won't be a third chance"

"So slow. No one getting any food. All orders were taken, but yawning staff slowly trying to filful orders. Terrible service. Couldn't have gone any slower if they actually tried."

"Extra long wait for food, eventually had to get takeaway as had to get to the airport. Portions were very small for the amount of money we spent. If you run a restaurant that seats 50 or 100 you have to be able to handle it at full capacity."
