"The food is bland, unimaginative and worst of all: the menu is a lie. Order an arepas with "portobello, roasted capsicum and onions" and what you get is baked mushroom (champignon, not portobello) and strips of slightly grilled fresh capsicum, with hardly a shred of...onion on some basic lettuce. The arepas themselves are dry and tasteless compared to elsewhere. Everything was fresh, is the one good thing to note. Service was standoffish, although that's just one guy, your mileage may vary. View isn't very good (corner of a parking lot) and there's at least three lunch restaurants within meters, better in all three ways. Try them instead, since Tayrona isn't any cheaper either."

"Busy location on Saturday. Hard to get into the place if driving, particularly on Saturdays. Cafe typical of area. Service was average. Place was half full and we waiting some time for coffee and raisin toast. Both of which arrived separately. Still I did observe a number of meals around me and they seemed nice. I would like to think the service was a one off. I may give it another chance before giving it the fatal double cross of no return."
