"In view of a somewhat peculiar menu style that had Chinese/English headlines (Burrito, Burger, Beverage, etc., but all other information in Chinese, I have been looking for a potentially formidable language challenge. But, to my surprise, the owner surpassed the language negotiations lead-in and dipped directly into fluent English. She explained that the mainly monolingual menu resulted from financial constraints. We discussed alternatives and hopefully this will be resolved soon. If not, you will not be set by the menu! The owner really enjoys explaining, and I was satisfied that she had a basic understanding of vegan diet as she used me from the burgers who used a ovo-vege mushroom product. Although the vegan elections were limited, the two dishes I tried were excellent. The spaghetti with pesto uses olive oil and sweet basil (not easy to find in Kaohsiung! . The herbal burrito used a homemade tomato sauce bordered by addiction. I usually do not seek Western dishes in Asia, but this experience was a pleasant surprise. Fans of Western Food should try this."
