"I don’t normally go to this extent to write a review but I have been trying to get a hold of this hotel for the last three days to inform them about my stay.. no one answers the phone. When we had arrived to check in to our hotel, we were informed that we couldn’t check in until after 10:30pm due to housekeeping shortage. Fine, but when we got in to our room, it smelled of urine, there were blood stains on the shower curtain, and bodily hair left over in the bath tub. We were not given any cups for the coffee machine in the room. There was oddly not an outlet available in the room for the coffee machine to even be used. Our entry card did not work on the second day. The lobby had blown an electrical breaker in the morning when we had tried to get continental breakfast. I don’t understand how the hotel cannot have a higher electrical capacity for maximum occupancy scenarios to avoid this from happening. I understand things happen but I would highly recommend finding elsewhere to lay your head in Richland, WA due to the amount of inconvenience this stay really was."

"I ate there a few years ago and it was just terrible BUT I thought I'd see if that was just a bad day for them. Nope. The fries were only dipped in the grease. Limp and cold. One box of side of shrimp had a bunch of breadcrumbs. No exaggeration, it was a lot. Like they scooped up the shrimp and that was on the bottom. My poor dad at the assisted living sorted through what he could eat. Never again."

"When I came in, I was greeted and sat right away. The restaurant was quite slow (2pm) and the service was quite fast. The restaurant, tables and chairs were all clean. There is a beautiful ambience to the square. Upbeat music not too loud. Originally the pulled pigs ordered tacos BBQ style, but they were out. Instead, I have the grilled steak tacos... That was very tasteful. Light heat in the Fuego spices I believe was in the Chipotle aioli. The side of Mandarin Salsa was amazing... Sweet and spicy perfectly paired and delivered to my mouth with the tortilla chips. Unfortunately, the tortilla chips were not produced in the house. Longboard storage was cold and the cup was clean. No complaints. It's a bit expensive, but you often get what you pay for. I left my mouth with a party."

"Went in ordered a chicken bacon sub with little to no mayo and some how they managed to get some chicken,bacon lettuce, tomatoes in my mayo ?. The thing was drenched in mayo. As I was on my lunch break and waited a long time I didn't have the time to take it back and couldn't eat it......"
