"We had an excellent dinner with our family at this restaurant. They assisted us to find a great table even though we didn't have a reservation on a busy Friday evening. Raclette and fondue are their specials here, we tried them both, being the fondue...a chocolate one as a dessert. We also went for meat skewers and fried chicken drumsticks. The food was excellent and we promised ourselves to visit here again at the earliest opportunity."

"Daizy is located in the Binz Areal neighborhood, closest access with public transit Bus#76 from Wiedikon. They have bench seating at the sidewalk entrance, while inside it's a large open room with high ceiling, tables, benches and chairs and stools at the bar. There is...also a rear dining seating room. There is upbeat music playing in the background, while not being too loud. Newspapers, free secured Wi-Fi, and spotless restrooms. They serve a lunch menu from salads, pasta, mezze and more all of which selections are on presented on platters nicely placed in the center of the room. I ordered a soy milk hot chocolate (4.50CHF), served with packaged powdered chocolate and a piece of wrapped chocolate. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.I would certainly visit again and recommend."

"It is one of the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been in. From the food to the servers, to the place. You can tell everything has just been cooked with care. It is delicious and has many traditional dishes, which I love. I went there for my birthday and it was the best birthday yet."

"I've been to Beyond quite a few times over the years and it is definitely an authentic Chinese restaurant that does not tailor food to European tastes. The only thing that seemed a little different when I last visited was that the super-hot chilli hotpot dishes seemed significantly milder than they used to be. Nonetheless, chilli heat on most Sichuan/Hunan dishes are way higher than the norm in Zurich. All other aspects of taste are usually spot on.The restaurant is very close to the Hauptbahnof, on a side street called Zollstrasse that runs parallel to the tracks. It is right next to the Hotel Montana, and pretty close to the tram stop Sihlquai/HB. It is helpful to know exactly where it is because it isn't on the main street, and is not so easily noticed.One thing I've noticed about this establishment is that the staff and clientele appear to be predominantly Oriental. In my opinion, this can be a goo thing although a goo cook is a goo cook regardless of country of origin. The staff and service are fine. I have eaten Chinese (: from the different cantons :) all over the world including Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Chinatowns of Chicago and New York, and I think the food tastes authentic. Dishes I've tried include the Chilli Sauce Hotpots with tofu, fish, pork etc., Bibimbap (: this is a Korean dish actually :), Breaded and Fried Shredded Pork, and the Fried Rice. Everyone of them tasted goo. As I mentioned at the start of this review, the Chilli Sauce Hotpots seemed less hot when I last visited. When I first tried the dish, it was mind-blowingly hot: I could finish only a quarter of the bowl, and only using two servings of steamed rice and two pints of beer. I was new in Switzerland at the time, and was still accustomed to rather high levels of chilli heat because I grew up in South India - but this was ultra-hot yet delicious. I suppose it was a bit of a masochistic experience. I would really like the old, super-high levels of chilli heat in the hotpots because that seemed to help accentuate the flavours in the dish, and there really is nothing wrong with a bit of voluntary culinary masochism: lots of people follow diets that are more like bird-food with great enthusiasm.Price levels are moderate -- pretty much the Zurich average for a similar restaurant. I guess you'd pay approximately CHF 35 or so the hotpot, steamed rice and a beer. Entree prices range from roughly CHF 15-35 or so, and appetizers from CHF 8-20.Very acceptable prices for Zurich.I always enjoy visiting this restaurant and suggest you check it out. Highly recommended for Chinese food in Zurich."

"Who wants to eat a really tasty, fresh and homemade hot dog, is right in the Dr.Dog on the dienerstrasse. the service was excellent and the employee friendly. the prices are top and all super tasty. I tried 2 different hot dogs directly."
