"Just ordered 4 pieces of French toast, 2 sides of potatoes, 2 coffees. In the order I asked for milk, sugar, cream for our coffees on the side…. WAS MISSING SUGAR AND MILK …Asked for syrup for our French toast WAS MISSING SYRUP.We are here in an Air BNB and now left without breakfast UNABLE TO EAT FRENCH TOAST OR HAVE OUR COFFEE because we are missing everything to go with it… ALSO ASKED FOR UTENSILS AND THERE WAS NONE AS WELLThis was a waste of time and money (waited a whole hour just to throw it out)"

"Wow! Fresh and delicious authentic Portuguese meals! We had the seafood “ship” for couples and I highly recommend it! They have hard working and amazing staff, and the owner is also very welcoming! We were in town for a show, but will return for sure!"

"Love this place! Been doing take out for years here. The Pho is always AMAZING and so is the service. The owners are wonderful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great fresh food and not to mention, their prices are also decent."

"I have been to this restaurant at least 4 times since they have opened and have always enjoyed my experience. There are 2 sides to this restaurant, one is family side and the other is pub or bar side. There is also entertainment on Saturday nights which I have not been to yet. Since the first time I went, the food has always been very good and tasty, it is not complicated and not an extensive menu, but what I did have was always very tasty and served hot and in a timely manor. The servers are very friendly and do what they can to accomodate you. The restaurant is also very clean. On a few of my visits, to my surprise, the only thing missing was an ice bucket for the bottle of white wine. So, I did ask to have a large pitcher for water brought to the table with a lot of ice in it to replace the ice bucket. This place is very new so I did find out about the buckets and they have been ordered. They should have them soon. All in all, I recomend this place for both families with children and also the bar side for adult gatherings. They also have beautiful banquet rooms and will be opening the hotel section very soon :) You have to try it. I love it there and actually am going there tonight for my husbands birthday... so 5 times now... :)"

"Casa Paula is one of the best restaurants in Ottawa/GatineauThis little restaurant has all the quality of the big ones. Everything on the menu is very good. When it’s full the service is a little slow, but Madame Paula who is the chef and waiter assures the quality and always with a personal touch.Le casa Paula est l’un des meilleurs restaurants de la région de la capitale nationale.Un petit restaurant avec toutes les qualités d’un grand. Tout sur le menu est excellent.Le service peut être un peu lent si la place est bondée.
