"If you like sushi check this place out! Very good selection of Japanese food and store products. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is fresh and well made. They gave me some recommendations for my dinner to go while travelling and it all worked out great! Even got some samples! Limited seating area but cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon. Price is very reasonable and lots of people were in and out for takeout."

"This market is the local grocery store for the Big White Mountain community. It is well stocked with groceries including meats, fresh vegetables, fruit, and canned good. There are also sundries and cleaners. The wine shop in the rear which has a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. There is also a deli counter beyond which is the restaurant area which features pizza. There is a variety of other items including curry/Asian dishes. They also have soups and drinks. If you are staying at Big White resort for any period of time this market/restaurant will likely be able to meet all your shopping needs."

"I went with my family to this A&W and ordered food. 1799 Gordon Drive (Capri Centre) Kelowna BC I am writing on this A&W location as I could not find the above A&W on Tripadvisor. When it was time to go, my nephew gave a free rootbeer coupon to the teller who immediately gave it to a youngish (maybe 30-35yr old) asian manager (or senior employee). He was told the free rootbeer coupon would not be accepted because there was no stamp and signature on it. I stepped into the conversation and mentioned that it said "valid at all A&W locations in Canada and that there was not even a box or line for a stamp or signature to be needed. I have attached the coupon. The manager, instead of accepting it, accused us of somehow suspiciously receiving the coupon with no stamp and asked us to leave. I was so embarassed and lots of customers saw how he talked to me. I will never dine at an A&W ever again. We spent over $30.00 and could not even cash in a free rootbeer coupon. -Jesse Bone 250 686 5052"

"Shared 6 rolls with a friend and all were interesting and tasty:Crispy roll - standard, deliciousMango Dragon roll - beautiful but it was odd to have the sweet flavor with the prawn. Wouldn't get it again..Deep fried pepper roll - delicious!!! Very filling. Avocado mango roll - nice flavor comboVegepillar(?) roll - delicious and super cute caterpillar face!Server was a bit slow and didn't ask us how the meal was when we were eating, just when we finished... Didn't refill our waters or anything. Good value for the interesting sushi you can't get anywhere else in the city. You can see in the presentation of the rolls that the sushi chef has passion for what he does. Hopefully front of house staff can have the same attitude."

"We checked out the web page to see of this unique restaurant in a garden setting was open. The web page said open for lunch until 3:00 p M. We enjoyed a walk to the park and restaurant and arrived at aprox 1:50 to be...told when we arrived the kitchen was closing at 2 and lunch was not available even though there were a number of occupied table in what look like various stages of lunch and it was before 2. The issue was the web page saying lunch until 3 and arriving just before 2 to be told the kitchen is closed. Wish restaurateurs would either change the web info or maintain the hours posted. We had heard many reviews about this restaurant and i can see why had has had negative comments."
