"Eating is okay. Sometimes under boiled sometimes too dry other times just right. It really depends on whether you're lucky. But does not matter when you come the staff is rude and lazy. I was once said, if I ask for an additional utensils that I can't help you, I'm too busy. Other time when I picked up my order, I asked for my drink and the waitress told me she can't do that the drinks are picked up at the checkout, what happens to be 3 feet left. Instead, I had to go past people waiting in the line for the cashiers and ask for the drink again, while everyone looked at me as I am in the line. I was here a few times because the other places are too far, but honestly, if you want the typical great experience you get at other Pollo Tropical locations, then don't come here. Looks like the manager's trying. He's always nice, but the employees are terrible."

"The food was very good and priced good also The Pork over tostones was amaxing and so is the 1/2 chicken with vegetable yellow rice. They have a seasonal coconut eggnog pie or cake coquito and its rich but real yummy also. The guava BBQ sauce is delish as well as their cilantro garlic dressing and other sides. Service was friendly and everyone was hard at work."

"First visit and definitely my last. To start the place looked and was dirty, the vinyl seats on the booth area were torn and dirty, the back rest disgustingly dirty looks like it hasn't been clean sense its been open. I ordered a churrasco steak meal and when I received it, did not look like the picture and also did not received the onion that comes with the dinner, and it was cold. I also did not received any napkins or utensils, so when I asked the girl at the register can I have some utensil see looked at me as if I had two heads, I had to explain that utensils are folks, spoons, and knives, also asked for napkins which they did not know where they were. $15.00 an hour seems too much for the service that we patrons receive. If I wanted to go in a hole in the wall restaurant I would've had been serviced better. I would've rated them a zero but did not have that option."
