"They literally never want to make our food... When they do they burn it and when it says a certain time they close they make it a point to cut it off in their own accord...I will never EVER order from them again...20 screwups is enough in the past 4months...I'm stupid enough to let it go that far!!!!"

"I accidentally ordered online to the wrong Villa Grande. After showing up the the Butler location to pick up my food, is when I realized this but the owner told me no worries, just to call and explain the situation and this location would refund me, no problem. The first call, a man answered who told me he would cancel the order and refund me. I called a second time, when to expect a refund, and a girl answered the phone, who explained to me I had to call the “Slice” app, who is their third party online ordering (she was actually helpful). So I call Slice, they tell me they have to call the restaurant for authorization, all to be told no, they wouldn’t refund my cancellation since my food was already made. So, I call the restaurant for the third time confused why I was told I could be refunded three times now, all to just be told I wouldn’t. The same man answered when I called the first time and told me he wasn’t the one who spoke to the gentleman for authorization to refund me. I asked him to please figure out the situation for me. After waiting on hold, he came back on just to tell me that the boss said I would not be refunded because they had already made my food. I understand it was my mistake, but after being told multiple times from multiple different people I would get refunded, just to not, it was disappointing. And coming from restaurant experience, I know they most likely let one of their employees eat or take the food home, so it’s not like it went to waste. The customer service is poor from management and the staff lacks communication."

"We ended up here, sort of accidentally. The restaurant of choice was closed due to a covid outbreak. So this was open, with outside dining, and a very good heart healthy menu, and other choices. It was a wonderful surprise. Located on a golf course beautiful grounds and greens. Lots of green. There were four of us. Some ginger beers and a variety of entrees. I had some picked crab in an advocado with some greens and house made pickled cukes and onions. It was not mucked up with mayo, just a bit of crab Louie sauce drizzled on the plate. My wife had a crab cake and fries. My brother in law has a grilled peach and arugula salad plus a meat ball sandwich special. He was in heaven. Sister has some salad with fries haddock. All raves about their food. A few deserts key lime pie and flourless chocolate cake. There were many wonderful menu choices, a quite large menu. This place was a wonderful find. I had not heard of it, think it is a new group cooking. But a wonderful place, great service, good location. A win win."

"I have condemned my order and when I retrieved, they said they were closed and hanged on me. my son can't, and I mean I can't eat meat with bones in it. I commanded, boneless and they sent regularly. my son had nothing to eat while everyone had to eat around him. not cool."

"The chicken wings were tasteful, the skin was a light crisp and much taste. I wanted the pot stickers, but they were sold out so I chose the Wieling Fries. You were okay, but don't think the banana peppers mixed well with the Jalapeno peppers. The service was pretty good as the look at the new bar call."

"We stopped by with 75% of a 12U baseball team and family after a game and they were so accommodating. Our server was amazing! Service was fast, food was great, every employee was working together and pitching in. As a former restaurant manager I understand the strain a surprise party of 30 people can put on a restaurant and they rose to the occasion. Very impressed!"
