"Prices rose and quality went down, customer service is terrible, owner looks like he was all contaminated on drugs, he slept asleep while he stood there to make my pizza that I said would be ready in 20-25 minutes, but if I got there 30 minutes later, it was not even started, half the time they are not open when they suspected. It's a shame, place that used to be really good, now it really sucks, I was forced to go over the street to get pizza because bravos wasn't open at 5:30 on a Saturday night, and they were very nice, fast and quality was nice"

"Great pizza I had the Sicilian and the fettuccini was delish too. Had a 40 minute time for pick-up but, it was a Saturday night and a Pens game was starting. So the wait was worth it!!"

"If you want the dive bar hole in the wall experience but without it actually being a dive or dirty, this is your place. It's a mom and pop owned and operated shop, and they know the locals by name. They're fun and they've won many awards for their wings. The awards are proudly displayed in the BYOB bar, which serves non alcoholic drinks after they sold their liquor license, but it is BYOB so grab a sixer before heading there to fill up on their vast selection of wing flavors!"

"Once you try Milanos you will be a loyal customer!! Everything is amazing! We have tried most things. Pizza is perfect, my 7 year old will not eat pizza from anywhere else! The wings are THE best around AND priced the best. My personal favorite is the stuffed hot peppers they have the good ranch too! The staff is even better. So helpful, polite and thankful for your business."
