"Greetings Burger King Burger King is a great franchise and the truth is, as much as the menu and the standards of the food outlet need to be upheld in order to maintain and grow the brand's client base. We cannot ignore the fact that the people who work in the establishment make the brand even more powerful. I write to you to highlight the great service I have received time and again from the Rosebank Burger king branch and in particular a young African lady by the name of Margret. Margret is humble, friendly and very concerned about the clients she serves and the image of the brand she works for and represents which is Burger King. Please do something to keep her, people like Margret that give such great effort to their jobs get taken from organizations that fail to celebrate their great work ethic and powerful influence in their work environment. "On Saturday the supposed manager was the rudest woman. They took order said would be ready in 7 minutes after waiting where they told me to wait for over 15 minutes went in to see what was going on. It was obvious no one intended to give me order when ready. Food had been sitting and was ice cold requested store manager and name and was refused. Very unhappy with service."

"I visited Friday evening as it was recommended by a friend I was warned to eat elsewhere and go for drinks but I decided to have the full experience. We got a table and server came to the table we placed our order and waited a while for the food the cutlery was placed on the table it was wet a sign that it was just rinsed under a running tap and not properly washed with soap and hot water. There was one filthy pepper shaker and no salt. This was already a sign of what was to come. My friend ordered prawns and calamari while I ordered oxtail cooked in red wine. The food arrived on the table cold and my plate was dirty I brought this to the managers attention who apologised and took it back. Second time around the food was warm as it should be I was served the most confusing plate of oxtail I’ve ever seen 3 pieces of oxtail swimming in the blandest gravy. a lot of capsicum and raw butternut this was supposed to be the roast veg accompaniment. At this point it was too much we asked for the bill as I couldn’t even go half way through the beyond mediocre meal I was served. Waiting for the bill was another extreme sport I walked across the street to buy a hot dog as I waited for the bill. A huge emphasis was made on tipping for what I don’t know exactly because everything was just below 0. I am in the industry and I can tell you now this place needs management prim and proper management as it is now the owner sees numbers but it’s definitely not for service or the product I waited for the manager who I told and showed her the raw butternut on my plate I paid my bill and tipped the waiter. Just to show that I was not here for a free meal but I was not leaving without sharing my feedback the manager gave me a smug response after I told her no red wine went into that dish. She so arrogantly said we use a cab/sav which is nonsense maybe it would have worked on the students who frequent the place but not me."
