"When we arrived for our 7:30 reservation, we were told that our reservation was for 5:45. The manager made quick arrangements for a small, low table in the far corner of a very crowded room, (and not the high-top seating indicated on our reservation confirmation . Nowhere on our reservation confirmation did it indicate that all ordering and serving of our food and drinks were self-service. (Pretty difficult to do, especially considering where we were going to be sitting. We were very disappointed but decided not to stay. We did not eat, drink, or listen to the music. We feel we were owed back our $12.94 service charge, apparently non-refundable. Not sure we would recommend The Green Room to a friend."

"Wow! Chicken Tenderloin Strips were great crispy, hot delicious! Curly Melfries did not disappoint and the Club Sandwich was awesome with the Beer Battered Onion Rings! So glad Mel apos;s has become available in our area!!! A huge Plus! Thanks Dasher for getting our food to us while still hot too!!"

"Absolutely terrible... went up to order a salad and they were out. I then paid for and ordered chicken tacos. They were out of tortillas. They did give me money back. The chicken however was cold and taste like a hot dog which creeped me out. This girl I was with found a hair in her salad. Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Food sucks service sucks!!"
