"They don't accept card! (It's not as though they're cheap and can't absorb the costs in the price. Probably an effort to stay below the VAT threshold They charge extra for absolutely everything!! Cheese, peri salt, sauces probably more Getting a...napkin or cutlery is like squeezing blood out of a stone They don't serve CokeaCola. The only drinks they serve are the cheapest which don't reflect the costs the customer pays. Floors and surfaces are always dirty. I've never seen anyone come out to give anything a wipe down Service is terrible. I wouldn't blame the staff, they seem overstretched and under trained. The person on the counter is usually too busy trying to do jobs. I often stand around for ages waiting to be served while phone orders are taken before I even get a glance. They seem busy enough to justify more staff!! The food isn't bad but other branches are far better. This branch seems to have the smallest wings, so I suspect they're comprising on the meat they order. Franchises aren't just about making money. It's important to take pride in your work and offer some value for money. I know this will be a tough pill to swallow for them but it's a true reflection of my experience. I hope it serves as positive criticism for them and hope they can learn from this."

"Man like manjita, because I'm stuck with the usual. the custom pizza, chickenburger, wings, chips and garlic bread. great a pizza and big the bossman manjita. the best joint goes far better than dominos. if they. getting the munchies they need to check this place is all fire and good prices. for me."

"Fabulous range of southern fried chicken, spicy wings, kebabs and a fantastic selection of exclusive gourmet burgers. We had a selection of all which was excellently prepared fresh and put together with not too long a wait. Superb of range of sauces too especially their own chilli sauce and the famous Algerian sauce! Definitely worth the visit."

"We have been coming here for years but since the new management had taken over it seems to have gotten better! Great environment-food is great (red hot may I add) and drinks are great too! The manager always recognises us and is always so friendly-just a great environment really is"

"The food was amazing, but parking was a bit of an issue, as well as the aggressive glassing collecting which became very annoying as we could not drink in peace with a quarter of a glass , I felt the menu was not very informative either."

"An experience never to be repeated. 5pm you expect freshly cooked food. Staff could barely speak English they looked miserable. Pizza Chips was barely warm. There are much better Chip shops in the area."

"Last minute decision after leaving Birmingham shopping trip .Hadn't had the time for few years to go but left feeling absolutely deleted I visited once again . Beautiful staff on arrival greeted you and took drinks order and also an order for take away and also and order for eating at premises myself. Atmosphere magical great people always sitting around you. food arrived quickly and was mouth watering delicious ,had to put some food in container as it was too tasty not to finish laster at home or next day . would highly recommend to families and couples and singles. Certainly one of the BEST grill pubs in West Brom.Enjoy folks .love you all"
