"Very casual and easy to relax at bar. All the staff are super nice. If you get shots of tequila I recommend asking for the cold shots. Much easier to drink that way.!"

"This was recommended by a friend who loves their bangers and mash. We sat at a street table and had the fish and chips and onion rings. Both were crispy and flavourful, though the fish was tilapia which is the main fish used here. Funny that this is their choice in a fishing port. Everything was a little greasier than we would have preferred but acceptable. Service was speedy and pleasant"

"Great spot for a delicious quick sandwich and or burger and fries with very attentive and friendly service. Tried the Reuben sandwich and was not disappointed. Picked up a cold beer across the street as they do not have a liquor licence to complete the meal. Will be back for sure. Great place for people watching, too!"

"Went for dinner to hear the Thursday Jazz trio and because of the mostly good reviews. I had the passion fruit margarita as one review said ‘it’s to die for’. It was served in a plastic cup and very little passion fruit, probably the worst...margarita I’ve had in Mexico. The veggie burger was ok, the fries and the pickle were great!!! My partner had the pulled pork which was a bit dry but ok. There was one waiter serving all the tables which made for a longer wait but we didn’t mind as we were listening to the music. He was working really hard and was pleasant. If you’re in Mexico and you really miss Canada, this is the place to go otherwise choose some of the other great Mexican restaurants nearby."
