"Tricky to write review about TGIs, as I don't really like their food. Spice is either way to much or not enough, not a fan of steak or ribs and there are better burgers out there. But here's the thing: the family really love it, and you need to book ahead as people were being turned away. There is a great atmosphere and the bar is pretty good too. Service was excellent, thanks Tony. He got the order of mixed starters as mains bang on and was very observant of the time for free refills. Looked like a reduced menu for covid, but if you want great food perhaps try somewhere else, if you want a great time you could do far worse."

"Food was not that hot... had to wait for tables to be set up as we had BOOKED for a group of around 25 to come and it wasnt ready. The place was quite cold inside, And service was mostly friendly apart from one member of staff as we got up to leave saying in a really angry voice 3 HOURS which we hadn 't been as we didn 't get there till almost 4pm and left at 6pm. He had the major hump with us, which I addressed with 2 female staff that he was extremely rude and didn 't need to say that to us... Would we eat in there again No quite frankly. Though we did appreciate them playing the Happy birthday song. For the little girl. Toilets not that good either and they were so cold too."

"Last time we visited here (three years ago) we had a nice meal. unfortunately this time was very disappointing. had the spicy hot chicken wings as starters, which were very good and quite sharp. has ordered a chicken sanctuary and a juvenile chicken. hunter huhn was not available so it was changed to another chicken curry. When it arrived, it was served with uniquely shaped popadoms that had a peculiar taste. the actual meal tasted like one from a package and was through outside at different temperatures, so I would suspect that it was microwaved. not a pleasant meal and certainly not worth the money. it will probably be three more years before we decide to try it again. several pubs near are far superior to what we have received this time."

"Take away pizza joint in Shepperton high street near roundabout. In these Covid-19 times can still go there and order a pizza thru slot in the door where you pay and receive the pizza. Had a extra large meat feast pizza £8.99. Excellent value and excellent tasty pizza. And supporting local business in these difficult times."
