"The food tasted amazing, the service was truly excellent, the setting was casual and quiet perfect for a date! , and the prices were a great value for the large portions. They make their own custom Bronx sauce, they offer tasty reallllly delicious! Vegan options. And for gluten free they offer a romaine lettuce salad with a chopped up burger and the toppings you want. Wow!!! The staff is really friendly and patient. This is easily one of the best-tasting burgers in Hamilton that cost under $15 from other restaurants . The burger meat is fresh ground every morning according to the Manager super friendly guy, I hope you get to meet him, too! . I'm still nicely full an hour later. Definitely give Bronx Burger a try!"

"Absolutely a disaster . Went in for a lunch Sandwich( shawarma) bread broke up on me . She went to replace it put a new piece of bread on the dirty counter were the till is no plate napkin underneath and asked should I put the topics in this bread . Like Really no hygienic awareness at all. Unbelievable could Imagine what behind the scenes may be like. Never again . ?"

"I really wanted to love this place, but there were some issues I couldn't overlook. The brisket was very dry, almost like beef jerky. I mentioned this to the waitress who said they would notify the kitchen, but I never received any explanation, discount, or otherwise. It's also very expensive. Luckily there was a nice assortment of house made BBQ sauces of varying spice levels that was delicious and I could drench everything in. For a $50 meal I'll be going elsewhere."

"Been here a few times over the years. At first it was great but lately the pizza is constantly uncooked. I call it soggy soupy pizza now cuz that's what you get, soup on saugy dough...and on a Mona Lisa pizza?! I can only imagine if you had greasy toppings like pepperoni. Ordered pickup one time, and it wasn't even edible. That was my last time going.The servers are always friendly, but the speed of service has always been horrible here. It is easily 1.5 hours if not more for lunch when there's only one or two other couples in the place, and this happens regularly.The plus side is you can see them make your pizza...downside is it shows how incredibly slow and unmotivated they are to work. Very frustrating when you want to come for lunch on a work day."

"Went for dinner and was disappointed. I received an entree and got a side salad that was frozen I got a replacement but really they couldn't get a salad right the first time. Also our server was not good as well she took forever to service us just really disappointedI won't be back unfortunately"

"One of the best restaurant known for Samosa Poutine and its tasted really good. Tried custom Pizza but it was too pricey and doesn’t justify the amount you paid. Overall good taste and service was pretty fast."
