"I have been to La Casera many times, and every time I am happy with my experience. Their sandwiches are very good, and the customer service is fantastic, they make you feel welcome and really give off the feeling that they want to make you happy. Their hamburger is a triumph, an impressive mixture of very good quality meat, almost chutney-like onions and a cheese that really makes the dish sparkle, topped off with crispy lettuce and sweet tomatoes. Not only that, but the other dishes on the menu are excellent too.However, they might need to mention that one of their sauces is made with meat, a very nice ossobucco sauce, but one of our group was vegetarian and only after I had told her it was meat-based did she stop eating it. The only problem I had last time I went was after ordering chicken wings, they arrived at the table stone cold, direct from the fridge. I understand that sometimes, you can't cook food to order, but something that you must do is serve food that will not make the customer ill. After mentioning the problem, they exchanged the bowl of wings for a hot one, but something like this shouldn't ever happen in the first place, maybe a case of too few cooks spoil the wings."
