"We were very excited to try the Buttery but nothing was good. We waited for our entrees for 2 hours and all 6 of them were ice cold. Our steaks all had pats of butter on top of them but the steaks were so cold they didn't melt at all. All of our steaks were way under cooked. We sent them back and they returned one and a half minutes later still cold. At that point we were fed up and decided to send everything back and asked to see the manager. We were told he'd gone home for the night and the head server came. We barely got an apology and she said she'd take the entrees off the bill. We were still charged for the the appetizers and the drinks. There was no real offer to make things right. Very disappointed!"
