"Why not 5 star??? Well, we've been to The Melting Pot Scottsdale and comparing both places, I don't believe the Jax location kept up with our expectations. The service was ok, it was visible how tired the staff was. My husband's fork was dirty, but the manager quickly took care of it. (The manager was incrediblealy polite and friendly).We've order sweet tea 4 times, but our glasses were not being replaced, so our table started to get small for all the cups. We've ordered the Bigger night out, which include Cheese Fondue (we've order the Classic Alpine) really good. Then, it comes the salad (we've got the melting pot house salad) which was ok, nothing special for our taste. After that, we've ordered the European style (canola oil and butter) with the Bigger night out choice for meat which included (Lobster Tail, Filet Mignon, Teriyaki-Marinated Steak, Chicken Breast, Shrimp, Atlantic Salmon, andWild Mushroom Pasta (which we substitute for more file mignon). Finally, we've order the yin yang (milk and white chocolate) Fondue. Which was really good. FOr the price that we've paid, we expected a little bit more. However, overall it was a nice night out and we had a great time."

"My husband and I came to our annual wedding day and had a wonderful experience!! Our server, Olivia, was so sweet and friendly and helped us through the whole evening. Exceptional service! We enjoyed the rose petals and small free dessert. My only complaint: We chose the Romance package that should contain a photo of us, 12 roses, and candles, or so it says on the website (and the Lord with whom I spoke on the phone, while the booking confirmed that also; we do not get those parts of the package, and it seemed a little expensive without it, as the 4 course meal is generally only $100 unlike $150 for the romance option (like type of roses? But we really had a wonderful time; thank you to Olivia again!"

"Exactly as I remember it. Only downside was they had the upstairs closed off for an AYCE $25 special on Sunday. We did not want to participate so we had to find a shared table downstairs. Good beer selection and some good bar food options. The tenders with fries were great. Also tried some of their cheese cubes. Those are not my favorite since the batter tastes almost sweet like a funnel cake. Otherwise, everything was great, even our server.They make you pay via toast console and we weren't able to see our bill beforehand. Had we been able to, we would have seen that there was a 3% charge to use a card. I would have used cash otherwise. Not crazy about that system but can just remember for next time."
