"It is a noisy and busy casual restaurant with fast and simple service. Primarily noodle dishes with generous servings. Listen for the bang! That's the fresh noodles being made and kneaded behind the kitchen area that is open to the diners' view. My favourite is the white noodles with small bits of pork belly. Very flavourful. Also try the appetizers especially the pancakes with chives."

"I have been ordering take-out from Choice of The Orient for 25 years. We order it about once a month and frequently for family gatherings. I find the food is prepared with a lot of care. The taste is very good and the appearance of the food is very good. They are very very busy on major holidays such as New Year's so you need to give them a lot of notice and have patience. But it is worth it. They give you a 10% discount if you pick up and pay cash. Their dining room is very nice and seems quite busy, but it looks like you could always get a table without a long wait. They always greet me by name and try their hardest to ensure my order is quick. They often offer me tea while I am waiting which is a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this restaurant for dine in or take out. The menu is large enough to satisfy most preferences."

"Danny and his wife Donna, the critically acclaimed chef and owner of DD Thai Fusion from Thailand, brought this incredibly authentic, fresh, delicious and healthy top notch food kiosk to Richmond Hill years ago. I have been eating here personally and catering business lunches...for over years with great appreciation from every client and group I have blessed with his cuisine. Plus he will always work within my budget! He has a very wide variety of dishes every day. And if you’re short on time, order it online and pick it up at the counter. His prices are great, daily specials for Most dishes under I usually spend per person on catering and no one goes home hungry!!! To sum it up, in my opinion, this is one of Canada’s best kept Thai food secrets! Lol! Here’s a picture of today’s special, Tom Yom Soup! You can see the lemongrass stalks! "Order a two person meal, and just get a box of chicken with some other adding, the amount is way not enough for two people. Also not mentioning whether I will take out or not when make a reservation by phone. But by default, they package into boxes without notice. Will never come again"
