"Stopped in for some lunch and found this pub to be cheerful, comfortable and the food was great!!! Had a wonderful waitress who knew just what I wanted. The French dip was amazing and the onion rings were to die for. The drinks were cold...and delicious and the service was awesome. We ordered dinner to go since we knew we were staying in and the food was so good. I heard the quesadilla and the steak sandwich were good as well. I recommend this place to anyone in Banff."

"When we tried to put in our order tonight (table of 5) for food the waitress took down one couples order then physically tried to take the menu from my hands along with the 2 other people. I was confused and said we still needed to order. She then made a comment about how she thought all that food was for everyone as they ordered a lot of food and that we were greedy. (They only got nachos and a platter) when my friend asked if they had any olives or celery when she got her ceaser (only had a lime) was told if they had it it would probably be in the drink already. I got the steak sandwich with a ceaser salad and the salad looked good but when I tried to eat it my mouth started to burn due to the amount of garlic that was in it. I personally love garlic but it tasted like I was eatting a whole uncooked clove. They did offer to exchange the side but I declined as the sides my friends had didn't taste great either and didn't want to waste food I wouldn't eat anyways. The rest of the food that came out was really disappointing especially the grey gravey that stayed in its bowl like a dq blizzard when you flipped it. I always tip especially if the service and food isn't always good because people do have off days but I've never been treated like that anywhere I've eaten before and it was really disrespectful. I will not eat or even drink here again. I don't recommend anyone trying this place out either."

"We had visited the restaurant with so much interest to have some Indian food and almost ordered all items from menu. Except dosa varieties. All items were of worst taste and flavor including Jira rice which just had jira and plain rice no salt also). Pls do not play with people emotions for money for tasteless food. Biryani was literally spoilt and looked like sambar rice. Don’t ask the taste. It was the worst rice I ever had in life time. Disgrace to the Indian culture and cuisine. Fish smell in chicken 65, their fish fry was also bad. Plain biryani rice was ok than the biryani. Can clearly see they add seaparate curry to their biryani which made it too much soggy. Goat curry it is for sure not goat meat at all. And it was smelling so bad. Chicken curry was little ok. Garlic naan was like papad. Roti was little ok. Even road side restaurants will not compromise on quality. To mention all food was clearly cold and not even warm. Total waste of time and money,"
