"I came here with my boyfriend after snowboarding/skiing at sunshine village on a whim, and unexpectedly it was a wonderful experience. "Our overall impression was positive after this our first visit to Miki. I ordered the gyoza, assorted tempura and a spicy tuna roll and all were well done. My partner ordered the edamame, agedashi tofu and spinach gomae and she enjoyed her dishes. We are both fond of Japanese restaurants and we agreed that this one is good but not outstanding. The ambiance of this restaurant leaves something to be desired, it's a bit stark. It could use some remodelling to make it feel cozier. However the service was courteous and prompt."

"Best food we had during our 3 weeks in Canada. Excellent service and great choice of wines. The view of the valley is amazing as well. Excellent organic fish, meat and vegetables."

"Was recommended this restaurant by a fellow traveller. First time there was not as good as the server was unhelpful and inattentive ordered the hot pot which was ok but not enough rice (the server never came back to the table). The recommendation was for the Korean BBQ so we took a chance and went back. The BBQ was very good, much better server who actually spoke to us and made good recommendations."

"Hidden gem in Banff. I came across this bar back in 2012 and so happy it was still there. Not many tourist know about it since it's so hidden and off major traffic route. But has good cheapest draft in town hand downs."

"We had an outstanding meal. The Halibut, bison, and rack of elk were simply delicious. Everything was mouthwatering and enjoyable. We also had great service from our waitress Lotte. Such a wonderful dinner!"

"Had a quick lunch yesterday after our gondola ride. Luckily they had the taste of adventure Elk Slider Trio and we could try all three! Do not be fooled by the size, it was perfect - not too small and not too big. I liked them all, all delicate and tasty. Francisco was very nice and even reminded me to enter the competition at the end of the meal. Very recommended!"
