"This was a delightful stop for a morning breakfast. Nothing tells me to prepare for a home cook meal more than walking to a restaurant and them saying sit where you would like, which was great because you had options like, tables, booths or even at the bar. This place is a very homey feeling with perfect staffing. About 35 customers at the time I sat down and what I could see at least 10 servers and 6 cooks and about 5 food runners. I ordered my yummy food and received my food about 4 min after ordering it. For me, food was perfect, nice crisp on the tops of the corn beef hash and hashbrowns with a nice soft bottom. Sweet tea wasn 't too sweet, coffee was delightful, and the ambiance was just pleasant and enjoyable. I recommend Brick House (BH) Cafe if you find yourself in Plant City in the morning and you are hungry, give them a try because I 'm willing to bet you won 't be disappointed."

"On our way back to Polk County from a 2 hour trip, we stumbled upon Smokin' Aces. Loved the atmosphere. Cute little restaurant, friendly staff, and the music takes you back. The owner came out and spoke to each table individually. Genuine, down to earth gentlemen. We will definitely return. The food was out of this world. We've had a lot of bar b que and this place tops them all. Rib plate and brisket plate is what we had and let me tell you, The Best!! Also had some Fried Green Tomatoes. Took us back to the good ol days..... Can't wait till our next visit. Don't pass it up!!"

"Everything was good until my sister and I went to the ladies' room and the toilet was really Shakey and when it wouldn't rinse. I went out and flushed the waitress when she came out and asked us if we were to crash the toilet!!! We said no. Does the customer always have to pick up toilets after lunch????"

"The burgers were not a taste. The chicken sandwich was so over boiled it was burned!! Download $9 for a sandwich then burn it and serve it?!? Never a fried chicken sandwich. The fries were understated. The first time here try and not come back. Had really high expectations, but totally disappointed. So came to Wayback, as asked below, and they have never reacted my review seriously, so now a 1 star!!"

"This place was worth the drive from Tampa! I’ve heard of Wayback burgers, but I’ve never actually been to one. If I could remember all of the names of the crew that worked that shift I would shout them out by name! Brodie only stood out because his name was on the receipt lol…he not only worked the grill, but also handled the register. Very impressed with the composure and work ethics everyone possessed. Despite our extensive order…their customer service was superb! They obviously are short-staffed. However, just the small crew present during those hours were great. The bathroom was clean, the restaurant was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. The best impossible burger I’ve ever had till this day and easily the best Mac cheese bites as well. First time here and it was definitely a 10/10 experience. Thanks Plant City Wayback Burgers!"
