A teacher in Chicago voiced disappointment in restaurant chain Portillo's after a large lunch order for her students arrived 90 minutes late and cold. The teacher had arranged for more than $500 worth of food from Portillo's to be delivered at a specific time. Although the restaurant chain typically delivers catering orders over $100, this time, her order was sent via DoorDash. After complaining, the teacher was offered three free meals and drinks, however, she claimed that she won't be using Portillo's services again, citing more concern over the students receiving their lunch on time and warm than the money spent.
