To be honest every pizza I see looks amazing so nice
It was super delicious if a hair under cooked on the bottom. My only sadness with it was the sauce had no garlic in it (Was cooking it for family, and my mom can't stand garlic).
Looks pretty sweet to me! I found in my Ooni 12, I crank the heat for about a half hour before launching my pizza, then turn it down low just before launching. That way it cooks the bottom nice, then when I’m happy with how the bottom is cooked I crank the heat to get that char up top! You’re well on the way to making better pizzas than what you’ll find locally, and that’s always the best feeling.
