"The chicken was wet and the crispy coating was not crispy. Also we bought a 6 piece bucket in which I think it reasonable to expect a selection of chicken we only got 3 thighs and 3 legs, this is not a selection. Would certainly have to think again about ordering. I have to admit this was a deliveroo order, it was delivered on time and hot."

"No idea what to make of it! at the beginning I must say that the sparkling cream tee was very good. it came as part of a package that we bought a tour through charles thickens former residency. the tour was surreal. a little from a cross between madame tussauds and faulty towers, but in an old fashion English sea way ask and amuse. I would not recommend it as a target stop or a reason to visit broadstairs, but overall a pleasant experience in a downhill style and wise, the employees are very happy and happy to be service."

"They use just eat and my food never came. After and hour and 20 minutes waiting i phoned the restaurant and was told it was delivered at 5.11pm. They weren't helpful or apologetic. Didn't tell me where it was delivered and it certainly was not delivered to my address. A simple sorry or can i help you by buying another one would have been nice. Upset kids with no tea and had to cook them a boring dinner now instead of a treat. £30 out of pocket. I know it's just eats fault but they really shouldn't be using them as they can't seem to treat their drivers or customers well. I just want a refund."
