"This is a complaint for the Panara on route 9 in Poughkeepsie. Normally I have no problem with this panara, but I was just there with my family and when we got our food, my sons apple clearly had BITE MARKS all over it! My husband brought it up to themanager there, Bryan, who blew him off completely and just gave him another apple. No apology or anything. I was very upset bythis so I went up to speak to him and another manager who still blew me off. This is unacceptable. If he had just apologized inthe first place I would have let it go but the blatant disregard for health code is unbelievable. Check your food people!!!!"
