"We stayed here in our touring caravan for the second time, and loved it the pitches are spacious with fully serviced options, there is a park for the kids very clean shower blocks and a great pub on site. They also do great food in the restaurant. The site is a 5 min drive to garstang. Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value"

"3 of us went for Sunday lunch today. Food was nice and good portions. Had to wait 1hour for food on a pre booked table, but this was explained to us on arrival as they were very busy. Pub very clean and tidy. Staff very attentive and friendly , only criticism was how the gravy had been put in the gravy boat and all down the sides of the gravy boat. Well worth a second visit , not bad value for the money"

"Very swish and well appointed, with a pool and spa treatments and swanky restaurant. Not within walking distance of the city centre, but set in a quiet spot away from the hustle bustle. There is no lift, so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Staff customer service needs some work though they are too comfortable with misgendering guests perhaps some education is needed?"
