This hotel is overall nice but was somewhat disappointing in certain aspects of the room. The bathroom appeared outdated and there was black mold around the bedroom window (refer to pictures). While the facilities were good, I would have expected higher standards of decor given the price. View all feedback.
Amazing experience! The staff was incredible and very accommodating. Callum in the dining room exceeded our expectations, but all staff members were fantastic!
My colleague and I were not a guest at the Lancaster University dorms, but we stopped by this restaurant for a few drinks and dinner.
