"This Inn is located on a quiet road within walking distance to downtown Pictou. We stayed here one night while we were in town attending a performance of the Ballagh Bunch- very entertaining family) at the deCoste Centre. When we checked into the Inn we were told that our room (facing the water) was occupied by an elderly couple who had decided to stay an extra night, and we were asked if we would mind taking the room facing the back of the property. I didn't mind, but as an afterthought, the waterfront room might have been cooler at night with the ocean breeze. It was pretty stuffy in our room, and we relied on the fresh air and open windows because the air conditioner was quite noisy. The following morning, the continental breakfast was served in a massive room that might have been the original tavern portion of the Inn way back in the day, so it was a pretty grand setting. There were a variety of light breakfast options, but no hot breakfast. The person bringing all the food out was diligent to ensure that there were sufficient quantities at all times. Overall I would recommend this place because it is close to town and a nice place, but I am not sure how comfortable it would be to sleep there in really hot weather. One additional mention, while we were in town we stopped to eat at the China Boat Restaurant (across the street from the Knife Factory) and the food was delicious. This restaurant isn't on Trip Advisor, but if you want Chinese food, it's worth stopping here."

"This cafe is excellent for a a light breakfast or lunch, service is good & friendly. Bake goods are a delight with a steaming cup of tea,. Latte's are very good as well. Highly Recommend Indigo Enjoy"

"Wednesday evening 6pm drive through...3rd car....took almost 10 minutes...only 2 people working...the stars are for the workers....they were great and got our order right even under pressureDietary restrictions: No gluten free product"
