"We've been here many times but not since the pandemic started until today. They did great through the first two years of the pandemic with takeout orders but we thought it was time to dine in again especially since our 4-year old was too young to remember coming here pre-COVID. We had an absolutely wonderful time and the staff was welcoming and the food was great. Sachelle was a great server and Anthony made and delivered our dessert with care. I know the kids will be begging to come back soon!"

"My children love McDonalds; they ask me to drive-thru at McDonald on our way home, but the drive thru is too long, so we decided to dine-in. When we entered to the establishment they automatically greeted. The counter staff is really friendly, informative, attentive to my order and very professional. It was quick taking order, and all of my order are correct. When we waiting our order to served, we noticed all of the table are clean. Food was freshly made and the fries is hot and crisp. It was prepared on a timely manner. For us. We all we want is a good quality of food, and McDonalds never disappoint my children. They really satisfied to the burger and the fries No complaint to these McDonalds location."

"They have really good food but I don’t think they value returning/loyal customers as much we’ve been going to them since they opened the first day and they wouldn’t even give a small cup of sauce with the order. even when I told them they used to give it for free for us day 1. It’s a small cup of sauce jheeez we’ve been ordering food from them once a week easily. But food is good just don’t expect A+ customer service.Edit 03/09/2023I’ve attached a picture of their chicken 65 pizza. We asked for half of that and half cheese. They put one piece of chicken 65 on each slice. Just one. And their Philly cheese steak had almost 90% mushroom and 10% steak. I understand with prices rising stuff happens, but the price of the food items has also increased so I’m not sure why the price is up but the amount of chicken/ steak has gone down completely. Really disappointed because we’ve been customers from day 1."

"It's hard to find Boston Market, but was so happy to find one near ne in Park Ridge. Has a HUGE family emergency, I had just pushed my father to the resurrection hospital while he had a heart attack, the next day remained with him, tired, exhausted, I was just thrilled to find a Boston Market. I went in, ordered some things that I waited for the potatoes to be freshly replaced, but I was in a little hurry so that she 't got a chance to take it, I called the next day the girl, (Jocelyn, was so happy when I called, Yes! I remember you were here, ran into the parking lot, looking for your car, but you just left. And I apologise for that! She was so happy to fix what was my fault, and I was there many times, I love the staff, and oh my yum! The food, great! Thank you. Too bad, Jocelyn, for your kindness when my world fell apart, fear of my father's condition that you were kind to hear the situation happy. I will come back DEFINITELY, many times have mentioned to friends family how wonderful you are! Thanks again!!!"
