Die Kalbsleber ist wunderbar weich und in zweierlei Geschmacksrichtungen- klassisch oder mit Madeirasauce- möglich. Auch der Zander ist von bester Qualität und wird mit einem cremigen Risotto serviert. Abgerundet wird das feine Mittagessen noch durch die aufmerksame Bedienung, die einiges an Laufwegen von der Küche zum Garten und retour bewältigt. Erwähnenswert auch das vorzügliche Olivenbrot und die gereichten Süssigkeiten zum Kaffee."
