"This is the WORST Chinese I have ever had! The rice was so dry and crumbly and tasteless. The honey chicken batter was dense and very dry chicken inside, the sizzling steak that cost $18.50 was chewy and had no flavour other than soy sauce. The prawn crackers were a mix of stale and fresh so each time you grabbed a prawn cracker it was a risk to take a bite out of. And as for my wantonssss.. wellllll I love wantons more than anything I have learnt how to make wantons and Honey chicken and let me tell you if I can cook it better than original Chinese then there is something wrong. The place was very quiet when we walked in and that should of been our first sign! We will not ever go back not even for a second chance. Just a waste of $60."

"I'm sorry I can't share the burger I've eaten, but last night I ordered the $5.95 burger? with all the sauces apart from the hot chili sauce and it was delicious and saved the other for my lunch today yum? So I had a problem before she went to the smaller bungalows, but now they are back to a decent size bungalow and it's so good I mean, the bungalows are wonderful and meatpatties are primo also, so if they want to get a bargain the cheap burgers? all sauces with taking off bbq and chili??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????."

"Normally I cant give enough praise to this great steak night. However this last visit was not up to its usual 5 star standards. Food quality still great (steak quality excellent) but the pepper sauce is now more a pepper gravy than a sauce with peppercorns, and when you have a "BLUE steak" it is still supposed to be SEARED on both sides and pink/red in the middle! Even though the meat quality is excellent a pale looking steak really is not an appetizing sight to be served up! Our other meal ( a chicken schnitzel) was really good. Service is counter order but staff are very good and welcoming."

"On a previous visit to this venue some 12/18 months ago we were not impressed by the level of service then and, regrettably, it has not improved.Firstly it is a great setting being situated on the banks of the Murray River just a few kilometres west of the Pinjarra townsite. It has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. A reasonably good range of drinks is on sale although it was disappointing to see they were still advertising wines for sale that they no longer stock. They also provide live music on Sunday afternoons.Our major complaint is that it took in excess of 75 minutes to be served. That was totally unacceptable. In fact we were served before other people who ordered before us. At no stage were we informed that there was going to be such a delay or even given the option not to order. Having said that the meal, once it finally arrived, was absolutely faultless. They just need to get their house in order to complement the excellent food on offer."
