"Bought a $9 burger not expecting much due to the very low price. I ended up with the best burger I've ever had at a fish and chip shop. Everything about it was amazing. Loved it completely, I will definitely have to come back."

"Normally I cant give enough praise to this great steak night. However this last visit was not up to its usual 5 star standards. Food quality still great (steak quality excellent) but the pepper sauce is now more a pepper gravy than a sauce with peppercorns, and when you have a "BLUE steak" it is still supposed to be SEARED on both sides and pink/red in the middle! Even though the meat quality is excellent a pale looking steak really is not an appetizing sight to be served up! Our other meal ( a chicken schnitzel) was really good. Service is counter order but staff are very good and welcoming."

"On a previous visit to this venue some 12/18 months ago we were not impressed by the level of service then and, regrettably, it has not improved.Firstly it is a great setting being situated on the banks of the Murray River just a few kilometres west of the Pinjarra townsite. It has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. A reasonably good range of drinks is on sale although it was disappointing to see they were still advertising wines for sale that they no longer stock. They also provide live music on Sunday afternoons.Our major complaint is that it took in excess of 75 minutes to be served. That was totally unacceptable. In fact we were served before other people who ordered before us. At no stage were we informed that there was going to be such a delay or even given the option not to order. Having said that the meal, once it finally arrived, was absolutely faultless. They just need to get their house in order to complement the excellent food on offer."

"We thought for lunch, ordered parmi, nuggets, garn and chorizo linguine and jalapeño poppers. we waited a long time. the parmi was beautiful and the poppers were very nice. the pasta was one of the most deceptive dish I ever had. it was glassauce with garnel, chorizo and pasta. nothing else. it tasted just like tin spaghetti. nothing else to hide the taste of the marre sauce. (if it wasn't jar sauce, then there's an even bigger problem on the hand) I couldn't finish it. the pasta was perfectly cooked, bright side. the chips were delicious. friendly service. it is hard to overstand such a lazy pasta that the sign on a teller as"
