Mit unserem Schlemmerblock haben wir zweimal das Rumpsteak in Pfifferlingrahmsauce bestellt. Das Fleisch war zäh und sehr sehnig, die Sauce eine Zumutung. Ich tippe auf ein Tütenprodukt. Sehr wässrig und verdächtig "glänzend" und dazu noch ohne Geschmack. Die Pfifferlinge waren wie Gummi, deshalb habe ich sie liegen gelassen.
