"This place is amazing! After waiting over 2 hours at a more “chain style” sushi place we decided to dip and found SEKAI Sushi. The food was amazing and at a great affordable price! The staff was friendly and helpful and the inside decor is quaint and delightful. We got our food in record time and the flavors just burst in my mouth! I will go here now when I think of sushi. ?"

"Best sushi I’ve had in years. Excellent freshness, quality, service, each nigiri was perfectly sized, not too much rice. Jay (the owner) is the chef and he is skilled in his craft and cares about making high-quality sushi for his guests. He’s ruined every other sushi bar for me because his is hands down superior. I won’t go anywhere else in Phoenix. Staff is also extremely kind, attentive, and considerate. Made my day. Excellent atmosphere. 100% recommend."

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUSHI LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE!!!! Also, my husband LOVES the soy sauce! I wonder if it 's Korean soy sauce since the owners seemed to be Korean. Regardless, this place is... (Hand to God)... AMAZING. I really hope they never go down hill and change recipes, quality of ingredients, or anything. I mean, it was so darn delicious that it pains me to even wonder why it took me this long to find this place. Service was courteous, prompt, and fast. Ambiance? Well, it does not look like its namesake a House Modern Sushi . However, I love a sushi place that looks like a traditional sushi bar. Overall, go here for exceptional sushi and flavor combinations not ambiance."
