"It was really bad time during my stay, a lot of bugs, spiders and flies. Indeed, the way how they treat it was really unprofessional and in racist way. Because I am Arabic Muslim, the owner claimed the reason of that mess because of the people who stayed before me from the nation which I am from . I could not tolerate their behavior and left it to other hotel. Attached are photos taken by my cam .. Spiders have a web that explains the mess was for a long time of carelessness."

"The outdoor terrace overlooks Lake Zell so the views are fab. We stopped here for refreshments during a walk around the lake and were not disappointed. Friendly and efficient service. Lovely for a break from the bustle of Zell."

"This was probably the highlight of our ski trip.We sat outside and had lunch in the warm sun with a fantastic view of the Glacier and the Maiskogel area.I must admit we had perfect blue sky weather all week.The menu was very interesting with a few Asian touches.We loved it."

"We just ordered two hot chocolates with cream. it wasn't hot, it wasn't delicious and it wasn't sweet. they do not even mix the hot chocolate correctly and consequently had the drink clumping of hot chocolate powder. Add insult... it was 4,9...euros... per cup. they have to make themselves young. I gave it 2/10 because it was amazing. would we visit again. no"
