The food is very good and they offer a small buffet at lunch.The view out the windows is magnificent. The staff are friendly and its priced reasonable. Its a locals joint for lunch so you will see all the gondola and ski hill workers enjoying the buffet. They have a full bar."

"Berry at snackbar berry provided us with the some of the best service we had in Europe. Not only was he hospitable and personable, but he was extremely generous and let us use his printer to print our train tickets when we were in a jam. The coffee and baked goods were delicious. They provide free wifi, including outside seating with wonderful views in Murren. He also accepts several types of currency, which was very convenient. Finally, he and wife speak several languages, including very fluent English, which we found helpful. I would highly recommend snackbar berry to anyone visiting Murren."

Dit alles inclusief drinkenEr is niet zoveel plaats maar dat maakt het ook wer gezellig. De uitbater is uitermate vriendelijk en probeert je een goed gevoel te geven. Best Burger in Town.."

"The restaurant - hotel alpenruh is located in the village of mürren, next to the cable car station that goes up to schilthorn. this fantastic restaurant that we could include in the category of mürren views, as its sunny terrace has the best panoramic views of the eiger mountains, mönch, junfrau and the valley. on the terrace you can enjoy a meal and ice cream coffees and drinks. the menu offers a great selection of typical dishes from the area, international and seasonal dishes. also have an excellent buffet on Friday night from 18:30 pm."

"This is a review for the restaurant of this hotel. Knowing the chef is Japanese, I ordered the udon bowl. Hands down the worst I’ve had in my life and I travel to Japan often. To add insult to injury, expensive. I didn’t give one star due to location of the restaurant."

"We stopped by to have a lunch before we caught the next bus from the Falls back to Lauterbrunnen. It was not busy at all and we went in and got our food cafeteria style. The food was tasty as we had ordered a couple sandwiches, deserts and drinks; the deserts were very delicious. We ate outside on the patio and enjoyed the wonderful views of the falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. The service inside was average nothing exceptional nor bad and the prices were what you would expect to pay in Switzerland. If you are not hungry, the restaurant is well worth a stop for a desert or a cup of coffee while taking in the dramatic views from around the restaurant. The location is great as it is next to the bus stop and at the head of the trail leading up to the falls."

"Stopped off here for a drink and snack after visiting the Trummelbach Falls. Very reasonably priced and in excellent location for car park, and bus stops. The restaurant itself is more of a self service cafe than a full on restaurant, but cakes and snack all looked good, and the carrot cake was fresh and gorgeous"
