"So had a booking for 6:30 last night , they took our order 3 of us at 6:55, they brought two meals at 7:30 forgot mine completely , after coming down realizing what they done they went and got my meal almost eight o clock , not good enough Ferntree Thai , you have lost customers for sure , will not be going back ."

"Visited on Wednesday dinner, so it wasn’t busy. Clean restaurant. The Staff were polite and attentive. Loved eggplant chips. Fried calamari was also good. The side of seasonal vegetables was so fresh and crunchy to my liking. My husband said pizza was ok, could improve with the pizza base. I didn’t expect franchise restaurant to serve such high quality food. I find the prices were cheap with the quality and the big serve. Thank you and see you soon."
