"We dined on her la ballade en toute confiance, with matching weeps at 90 € each. the amuse bouuché was a delightful extinct mousse, as light as a spring that began to stimulate our taste buds. followed by excellent foie gras, which were covered with a fresh and light apricot topping next to an apricot pine. the matching wine was a fragrant, sweet white from gascony, which added the dish very well. the next cure was a very slightly flavored seafood dish served with another gascony white, this time a dry marsanne with chardonnay, sauvignon and a strong hauch of sémillon. I'd like to have a little more season, but the court held good together. Unfortunately, the meat capital was a very insipid plate consisting of two slices of very slightly overcooked chicken served in a butter foam with a wild forest flower, that we are told that one conveys taste and aroma to the meat that we both do not recognize and appreciate. the red wine (a 2014 from the Provence was surprisingly rough with tannins that were needed to soften further. my wife rejected Provencal red and her replacement pinot noir from bourgogne was gentler, but in our experience not a particularly good example for his genre. we had different cheese plates, because my wife can't digest cheese. their three sheep and a single goat were pleasant with a particularly fine smoked cheese from chevrière de la closette at thônes. my own cheek cheese, two reblochon types as well as another smoked cheese were also pleasant, but very mild for my own taste. the two desserts were excellent and both were full of taste the first predominantly nectarian and the second chocolate. both presented their main component in inventive and attractive ways. during the meal the service was impeccable and the presentation attraktiw, without being bad. I would have forgiven a 5-star review with joy, but unfortunately the excessively gentle aromes presented in the fish course and in the second main in a straight feel quite disappointed, which led to a meat course that we both considered to be marginally acceptable. portions were a very acceptable size, so an appropriate tasting of each plate. my comments on the taste depth can be part of our own taste buds, which are less matched with the old one, we are both 80! we agree that we have offered with each wein a tasting that we could like to reject for one (or possibly more). aging. that's unusual. but if we had known that the meat main dish was a huh, we would have decided for our own decisions from another menu."

"Disappointed, we expected to eat a good savoyard fondue, specialty of the region again! Really very medium, very little taste and too liquid. Let's not talk about wine, 50cl of Rhone coast to 25€! Too bad because the staff is nice, but that's not all."
