"This place sucks!! Service is horrible. They are supposed to open at 11 and they open whenever they feel like it. I got there at 11:10, saw the employees sitting and eating, no one opened the door. Finally, got inside and sat for another 10 minutes before I was served. Then the server tried to use her hands to scoop my food. Plus, The place is not kept clean. I love Willy?s but not going back to this location."

"After leaving work tonight I stopped by Willy 's on Delk rd to get my kids something to eat. When I entered the store I noticed that one of the workers looked like she didn 't want to be there. I processed with my order like any other customer but I could see the lady that was adding the other toppings was getting an attitude because I had 4 different orders. She asked my mom was all of these together and she told her yes . The store was not packed when we arrived We were the only customers. At one point I didn 't know what all of the kids wanted when another customer arrived so I let him go ahead since I wasn 't ready. If the food wasn 't for my kids I would have just left because customer service is very important to me. I don 't want to spend my hard earned money at a place that has bad customer service. I know that locations like many establishments in the area are swamped at lunch time with customers that have 1 or a list of orders for co-workers. I would hate to see her during lunch time because after tonight I can only hope she has a much better attitude. I work less then 5 mins from this location and go a lot in the summer time but after this I will find another location to eat at."

"WORST chipotle ever. My tacos came with so much sour cream, you can?t even see the taco. They put my daughters chicken on the side of her quesadilla instead of in it. She got milk instead of juice. And neither my tacos nor my sisters bowl has cheese on it. Every time I order from this chipotle SOMETHING, if not everything is wrong."

"We were in town for a festival and had a group of 50+. We made reservations ahead of time. They handled us beautifully even though we had more guests than we expected. They even printed a menu with our group logo on it. Super efficient and polite. Delicious food as well!"
