"This innovative restaurant is inside the market in Manlleu. They are cooking what is fresh and in season so everything is good quality. The decor is smart and different, a collection of furniture and lighting that, like the restaurant itself is individual and original. It is a cooperative project and that includes the ethics of inclusion and sensitivity to ecology and sustainability. The staff are friendly and care about the project. As it is a relatively new place I am sure it will go from strength to strength, It is away from the main tourist track, but if you are passing it will reward a stop to sample their delicious dishes."
