"This is a nice restaurant in Parisot, between Caylus and Villefranche. It has been extended this year to include a nice terrace where you can enjoy your meal overlooking the fields. The owner is, I understand, a fine dining trained chef. We had the Fois Gras followed by a smoked lamb. It was quite an event being served individual portions with glass lids over them. These were removed with a flourish at the table and the smell of bonfires asailed our noses. We understand the lamb was smoked in hay. It was great and quite unusual for us. This restaurant is a great find and people should try it!"
