As a resident of Parisot, I have used the Auberge regularly. Serge and Sylvie have regularly produced some stunning food along with good service and company. After ten years of hoping The Augerge will improve I was yet again proved correct, it's rubbish. I was invited to join a birthday lunch on the newly built terrace, I went with an open mind to see if it had improved but no. The service is still the same, very poor, the wine, over priced. The food is pricey but OK. We asked if we could have french fries, non was the reply. How it stay in business is a mystery to me. read more.
