"The worst experience ever! Just ordered my usual drink where I order over a decade (decaf almond latte, cold drink but no ice, because I have tonsils problem, and it’s hot outside, I literally can’t have ice. horrific experience as a loyal Starbucks customer , the barista (asian tall, skinny told me he won’t fill my cup fully, because it’s supposed to have HALF ICE and he gave me half of a cup drink.I wouldn’t write this negative review if he did not make a scene, and acted badly to their customer! It’s not cool at all, learn how to talk to customer, please train your stuff better!!!"
