"In the last week we tried to reserve twice and followed the second attempt. one of their terraces is located directly on the lake and offers a very nice atmosphere and views of the beach, the lake and the mountains. the eating and service were excellent. one of. had a fish (a whole seabark with beside dishes) and the other a tartaric acid. also the price/quality value was very good. with a good quality bottle chardonnay, the check was less than €80. our waiter spoke English although this was unimportant for us. we recommend you to call and reserve in advance when you keep on sunny weekends for lunch. although we managed to get a lunch reservation at the second attempt at the reservation at 10:00 a.m. in the restaurant, the terrace was already fully reserved. our first attempt on the Swiss national holiday to do the same has failed, and the hostess or waitress we also spoke was both unfriendly and dissatisfied, and it has not attempted to insert us into another time sooner or later in the afternoon."

"After walking around Yvoire, we chose to eat at this charming restaurant. Nestled on the corner, it offered outside dining which was greatly appreciated as it was an extremely warm day. The young waitress spoke good English helped us with our order efficiently. We didn't have to wait very long for our meal. I chose from the specials board steak hache which was exceptionally tasty as was the Sauvignon wine. I would highly recommend this restaurant for good service, efficiency quality good value food."

"This is a great place to stop. Don't expect a Michelin Star but it is very good reasonably priced home cooking in a romantic and/or medieval setting. The owner, his wife, his daughter and his son all work there. They speak french, english, portugese and when pressed, even a little spanish. We go here every other week for their great cod fritters and occasionally have a pork sandwich. We also went for my b/day with the grandkids and all had a wonderful time. The beer is great, the location is great, the food is reasonable and it's not expensive. I highly recommend Le Pti Bar."
