"The menu could follow with more vegan options, but as I have a visitor to the area, maybe they don't get huge vegans. The moving mountains burgers was great, I had it with fat chips since they were not too sure when the fries were vegan. The staff was very accommodating, helpful. I was with my dog and he got a great reception, with a bowl of water some cookies."

"Better than an average curry. It was good and you will not be disappointed with the taste or quality. Only disappointed when your dish only has eight pieces of chicken and what you thought were chicken are chunks of potatoe. I’ve seen this done before and it’s a con. But again . "The Sunday lunch was average compared to other local places we have visited although the meat portions were on slices of pork Service was slow but thats usual in the Snowy Owl.Nice atmosphere in the pub with plenty of room even though it was quite busy.There are plenty of better places to eat locally but this is on the door step for us so we find it convenient as there are usually a few time slots available on a Sunday.Overall not too bad but not a stand out from the crowd type of eatery."
