"Die "Neuen Stuben" in Fallersleben bieten den sicherlich besten Mittagstisch aller in diesem Wolfsburger Stadtteil ansässigen Restaurants. Die Speisenkarte ist gegenüber der umfangreichen Abendkarte reduziert, bietet aber - wöchentlich wechselnde - Gerichte für jeden Geschmack: von Salat über Suppe und einer Nudelspeise bis hin zu einem vollwertigen Fisch- und Fleischhauptgericht sowie einem Dessert. Ja, selbst "Spargel" mit unterschiedlichen Beilagen, der derzeit eigentlich nur abends angeboten wird, konnten wir bei unserem heutigen, mittäglichen Besuch erhalten - und haben ihn sehr genossen, wie auch die anderen sehr schmackhaft zubereiteten Speisen - unter anderem Kabeljau mit frischem Schmorgemüse auf Reis - genießen. Das Ganze gibt es zu einem sehr attraktiven Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, serviert von äußerst freundlichen und aufmerksamen Servicekräften."

"El lugar es muy coqueto, cuando estuvimos (primavera), todavía no habían acondicionado una gran terraza al aire libre que tiene este local. Cenamos en una galería agradable, viendo pasar numerosas barcazas de transporte a edcasos metros, por el canal.Sitio muy alemán, servicio eficiente.La cocina, también muy alemana, pero desgraciadamente en el peor sentido. Las salsas todas parecidas de tipo industrial empapan/malogran todos los platos. Sin embargo, como ya se ha dicho, el sitio es agradable y la cerveza está muy rica."

"This time I went outside of Wolfsburg to spend two nights at this hotel. Regarding driving time from and to the VW plant it is app 20 minutes. Parking at the hotel without problems, there is a lot of space. Stuff is very nice, breakfast...is also very good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, the food was very good, pls. keep in mind that I am a type of person who is eating everything what does not eat me..but there are two issues..Wi-Fi is not for free and my room was a bit small..honestly for two nights for that price it was OK but I saw already also something better..."

"Wie jedes Jahr waren wir (vier Personen) im Restaurant Blume zum Spargelessen. Wir waren all die Jahre zufrieden. Dieses Jahr können wir das nicht sagen, obwohl sich am sauberen Interieur nichts geändert hat. Am Essen leider schon.Wir bestellten jeweils ein Pfund Stangenspargel mit paniertem Schweineschnitzel für 20,50 Euro. Dazu gab es Salzkartoffeln und braune Butter. Für Hollandaise waren drei Euro extra zu zahlen. Abgesehen davon, dass die Essen nicht gleichzeitig, sondern nacheinander serviert wurden, schmeckte der Spargel eigentlich keinem von uns so richtig, weil er nicht richtig durch war. Bissfest mögen wir ja alle, aber das war noch fünf Minuten Kochzeit von bissfest entfernt. Die Kartoffeln waren zwar schön gelb aber weich (leichte Gummikonsistenz), und die Spargelstangen waren schlecht geschält und schmeckten deutlich nach Zitrone - auch nicht unser Fall. Die Hollandaise war dafür eher geschmacklos. Zwei Schnitzel waren angebrannt und am Rand trocken und hart.Ein Gaumenschmaus ist etwas Anderes. Vielleicht gab es an diesem Tag ein Problem in der Küche. Vielleicht war alles eine Ausnahme. Hoffentlich."
