"In the late autumn I had a flyer in the mailbox. Until then, I didn't know the Raitelberg resort in Desert Red. Whether a menu was offered there on Christmas Eve, however, this bottle was not advised and the HP didn't give anything about it.The menu I then learned a few days later on my call greeting the kitchen salad from home smoked duck breast Tompinambursüpple with black truffle Knurrhahn on Beluga lenses pork fillet in the bacon on celery-potato-P Parking is enough in and around the large hotel area. The Vinaigrette was a bit too sour or edgy. After that, an excellent tompinambursüpple with the 2-shell truffle insert, soft bread and a few leaves of cress. After that we waited for an eternity and we wondered if we were forgotten. Forget about it, we have noted that, so we suspected, the live music was too different. At some point, there was no. 4 with two plates of pig fillet in the bacon. And where is the Knurrhahn gang? No, we haven't had it yet. She chases and came with the glad message that we already had it. And again: unfortunately no. So we're gonna eat this one pig fillet on the pie first. Tastes good, for my terms, the meat had cooked a tick too long, unfortunately lukewarm and the glass of Lemberger red wine from the deer, which I would like to drink, is not yet there. And when it comes, it's the wrong wine. In the meantime, my food is cold and my mood at zero. Well and then the intoxicating comment of the corpulent barman: I'm not supposed to do that, there's a high-level operation in the front, and that's when I left... I forgot... I'm just paying as much as the ones in the front. That's what I call the timing of the kitchen and without a break between the corridors. For this, the intercourse was unharmed fine. The two fish pieces have certainly not exceeded the 50 g, for this very delicate and with the lenses a harmonious gear. The dessert with a sweet cake that an Eclair has got on. Not spectacular. Everything was very decorative.
