"Went for lunch. Not terribly busy but it took quite some time to be acknowledged. Ordered 2 vegy burgers with soup and one beef burger & fries. Got first cup of coffee then we were pretty much ignored. At least a 1/2 hour wait and no one stopped by to refill coffee, apologize for the wait. Food was ok, soup good, but not very warm. Waitress did not even make eye contact. When we went to pay another couple was walking out as they had given up waiting for their food and another man was standing at the till with his empty coffee cup trying to find his own refill. Pretty sad state of affairs. Not likely to go back."
